Are you our new team member?
- You coordinate the administrative processes around admissions, discharges, transfers, examinations and transports of our patients. In addition, you coordinate appointments and investigations and ensure that important information is passed on to the responsible persons in good time
- The organisational introduction of new employees is also part of your area of responsibility. You ensure that checklists, accesses, telephones and relevant information are fully available
- Pharmacy and material management are your responsibility. In addition, you coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment and work closely with the responsible support areas
- You recognise potential for improvement, contribute your own ideas and actively help to make processes clearer and more efficient. In quieter phases, you also support the team outside the secretariat and pitch in where your help is needed
- You work independently, conscientiously and reliably, keep an overview even with several parallel tasks, like to take responsibility, think ahead and consistently implement agreed tasks. You approach people openly, communicate clearly and enjoy working with different professional groups. You address uncertainties respectfully and enjoy initiating changes and establishing new processes in everyday life
- You have completed a training as a Health Specialist (Fachfrau Gesundheit / Fachmann Gesundheit)
- Good German skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and digital working tools complete your profile
- Your working hours are from 07:15 to 16:15, mainly Monday to Friday
