As an Operational Buyer, you ensure that our procurement works – reliably, efficiently, and on time. You are the central hub between suppliers, project managers, and production and actively contribute to the successful implementation of our projects. With your negotiation skills and your overall perspective, you directly influence the performance of our supply chain.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as an operational buyer immediately or by arrangement.
You take responsibility along the operational procurement processes and actively shape them:
- Timely procurement considering quantities, prices, and inventory management
- Contact person for project managers and their assigned customers
- Conducting price and contract negotiations with suppliers
- Close coordination with project management, production, and logistics
You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in demanding situations, and consistently drive things forward. Additionally, you convince through:
- Completed technical or commercial basic training with a technical flair, ideally for electrotechnical product groups
- Experience in purchasing in an industrial company is an advantage
- Further training as a federal purchasing specialist or willingness to do so
- Decisiveness, assertiveness, and diplomatic skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Very good MS 365 and ERP knowledge
