For our Business Unit Fiduciary, we are looking for an exact and motivated personality for our location in the heart of the city of Zurich, to start immediately or by arrangement, in the role of Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80 - 100% (a).

 

This is how you contribute to yourself and swisspartners

  • Independent management and responsibility of national and international fiduciary mandates
  • Preparation of accounting, interim and annual financial statements, final advice as well as VAT and social security declarations
  • Management of payroll accounting including salary administration
  • Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons including tax advice
  • Business consulting such as start-ups, restructuring and succession planning
  • General fiduciary advice

 

These are your qualifications and strengths

  • Further training as a fiduciary with a federal certificate of competence or certified fiduciary expert
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the fiduciary and tax sector
  • High service orientation, very good communication skills and customer-oriented behaviour
  • Organised, thoughtful, team-capable and motivated personality
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office applications, Abacus and Dr. Tax
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
