Your field of activity
Information and advice for people in a vulnerable phase of life at the INFO Point of the office in Lucerne and at the homes of those affected
Conducting situation assessments and evaluating individual support needs
Mediation and coordination of suitable offers and services in the health and social sector
Collaboration with internal and external specialist agencies as well as other network partners
Implementation and participation in various projects (such as Tischlein deck dich, 2 x Christmas and eat + more)
What you bring with you
Completed vocational training in the health or social sector
Experience in psychosocial counselling and dealing with people in stressful life situations is an advantage
Good knowledge of the health and social system
Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
Good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
Flexibility regarding working hours (deployment on 4 working days per week) and place of work
Proficient user knowledge in Microsoft 365, experience with Salesforce or willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new digital systems
