Your tasks
- Assisting at reception: receiving and processing enquiries from residents/relatives and external customers
- Assisting resident administration: maintaining master data, recording services
- Assisting accounting: booking, cash management
- Processing resident/customer data
- Handling daily mail/internal distribution
- Various administrative tasks and correspondence
- Assisting sales/marketing and rental management
What you bring
- Commitment and independence

- Good communication skills and manners
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
