Family Allowances Specialist 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

Family allowances are a subsidy for parents. The employees check the applications, assess the entitlement, determine the compensation and pay it out. Further information on family allowances can be found in this video .

Your tasks

• Assessing, determining and paying out family allowances
• Maintaining the family allowances register
• Correspondence with employers, insured persons and foreign authorities
• Providing telephone and personal information to employers and insured persons

Your profile

• 3-year commercial training (E or M profile)
• Several years of professional experience in a demanding administrative role
• Experience in the social insurance sector is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with legal regulations
• Numerical aptitude
• Customer-oriented, independent and precise working style
• Foreign languages are an advantage
