Compensation Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

The Compensation for Loss of Earnings Act (EO) regulates loss of earnings for persons performing service as well as for maternity and paternity. You will examine applications, assess entitlement, determine compensation and pay it out.

Your tasks

• Assessing, determining and paying loss of earnings as well as maternity, paternity and care compensation
• Maintaining the EO register
• Correspondence with employers, insured persons and foreign authorities
• Providing information by telephone and in person

Your profile

• 3-year commercial apprenticeship (E or M profile)
• Several years of professional experience in a demanding administrative role
• Experience in the social insurance sector is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with legal regulations
• Strong numerical aptitude
• Customer-oriented, independent and precise working style
