Your Tasks
- In the inpatient setting, you accompany and care for patients with mental illnesses and contribute to a safe and stable environment.
- According to your qualification, you assist with nursing and care activities while adhering to applicable quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- With your calm, appreciative, and empathetic manner, you build trust, provide orientation, and offer security even in challenging situations.
- You specifically promote the independence, existing resources, and quality of life of our patients and support them in their daily lives.
Your Profile
- A completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH or as a health specialist EFZ forms your professional basis.
- Responsibility, reliability, and a careful working style characterise you in your professional everyday life.
- With your very good German skills in spoken and written form, you communicate appreciatively and professionally with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
- You are flexible and willing to take on short-term assignments as well as shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- Your resilience, helpfulness, and teamwork are combined with respectful interaction and a great deal of empathy in contact with other people.

Preboarding

First Day of Work
On the first day, you will be onboarded with your new team and other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
