Möbel Märki is the largest, still genuinely Swiss furniture specialist store with 6 branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. We provide advice in the showroom, at customers' homes, and at the most important public fairs. Our motto is "living more beautifully – living better – that’s märki for us!"

To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Hunzenschwil, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented person as Clerk Sales Internal Service (100%).

Your tasks

In this role, you are the important hub between our customers, branches, and procurement partners and take on a variety of tasks.

• Checking and recording customer orders based on purchase contracts
• Processing order confirmations, communication and coordination with procurement partners
• Assisting in the scheduling and planning of our furniture deliveries
• Communication by phone and in writing with customers and internal departments
• Monitoring and recording goods receipt

Requirements

• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• High self and social competence
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Carefulness in dealing with customers, items and colleagues
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment with varied tasks
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
