We are strengthening our IT team with a hands-on personality who is responsible for the professional and technical development of the SAP modules LO and MM. You ensure that processes are continuously optimised, new requirements are recorded and implemented in accordance with the city-wide SAP guidelines. In doing so, you are the central interface between IT, the specialist departments, finance and controlling.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the continuous optimisation and further development of SAP LO/MM
- Analysis of existing business processes as well as identification and implementation of optimisation potentials
- Consulting and support of the specialist departments in the efficient use of SAP LO/MM
- Recording, prioritising and coordinating professional requirements in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Ensuring compliance with city-wide SAP standards, governance requirements and system architectures
- Coordination and support of changes, releases, tests and system implementations
- Creation and maintenance of system and process documentation as well as support for user training
Profile
- Several years of experience with the SAP modules LO and MM and preferably knowledge of PM, MDG and RE-FX
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with the basics of SAP finance and controlling processes (payment transactions, investment management, BPC, SAC planning)
- Strong understanding of business processes (real estate and financial management) as well as their digitalisation and optimisation
- Ability to analyse professional requirements and translate them into sustainable SAP solutions
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
- Experience and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as strong communication and consulting skills
