About the job

• Operational responsibility for the entire process of article and supplier onboarding – from data collection to online activation

• Independent article creation in the ERP system as well as monitoring the entire workflow

• Initiation and follow-up of correction orders (enrichment tasks)

• Maintenance of article accessories and ensuring data quality

• Recording and billing of manufacturer bonuses, rebates, BIT & claims including dunning as well as control of automated billing

• Importing and maintaining price lists via the CPT/import tool

• Clarification of supplier inquiries related to customer feedback

• Handling of goods receipt problems (GRP)

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or training in retail with corresponding further education – ideally in trade or e-commerce

• Initial professional experience is an advantage

• Good MS Office skills, experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) is an advantage

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic English skills are an advantage

• Affinity for the areas of tools, garden or DIY

• Precise, independent and solution-oriented working style

• Ability to set priorities and keep an overview

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with internal and external partners
