Together with the residential area manager and two other deputy residential area managers, you form a strong management team and contribute to the professional, organisational and cultural development of our care centre at Missionsstrasse. Your Tasks

• Together with the residential area manager, you are responsible for the leadership and promotion of the employees and ensure a respectful and motivating working atmosphere.
• In your role, you support the residential area manager with organisational and personnel tasks – always with the aim of optimising processes and ensuring excellent care.
• You are directly involved in the care of our residents and actively shape their daily lives. Your work contributes significantly to their quality of life.
• As a mentor and coach, you support trainees (FaGe) and students (HF) and create valuable learning situations.
• You accompany your team professionally and personally and are committed to their further development.
• In the area of quality management, you actively contribute, question existing processes and develop new ideas and concepts in working groups and projects.
• You proactively contribute to a positive and open corporate culture and thus ensure a harmonious working environment.

Your Profile

• You have a degree as a qualified nurse (DNII, HF, FH) and ideally experience in long-term care.
• Leadership experience, e.g. as a team leader, is an advantage but not a must – what matters is your interest in this role and several years of professional experience.
• You work solution-oriented, proactively and bring creative ideas.
• Your communication skills and social competence are your strengths – you can interact with a wide variety of people on an equal footing.
• You are flexible, resilient and always keep a cool head in complex situations.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form and are confident in handling IT.
• RAI knowledge would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
