Are you ready to advise start-ups and established SMEs holistically on their insurance solutions and also cover products in the life sector?

In this role, you will strengthen the Customer Support & Operations business area in Brokers, Direct & Partnerships at Zurich Switzerland and make an important contribution to our shared success.

As an Insurance Expert SME & Life, you are part of the Business Insurance & Direct Life team. You competently support prospects and existing SME customers in developing suitable insurance solutions, accompany them from needs assessment to conclusion, and reliably handle the associated administrative tasks - including offers in the life sector. In doing so, you actively maintain relationships with our customers, respond to their individual concerns, and ensure long-term high-quality care.

What to expect

• You advise our SME customers by phone and sell our attractive insurance products.

• You follow up on your created quotes and turn them into successful contracts.

• You efficiently and reliably process written enquiries to identify further sales opportunities.

• You provide competent information on insurance questions in the SME sector and support decision-making.

• You maintain our customer base.

What sets you apart

• Successfully completed commercial training as well as mandatory VBV certification
• Expertise in insurance products in the SME sector 

• Passion for telephone customer contact as well as excellent sales and communication skills 

• High commitment, goal- and performance-oriented working style, and pronounced sales flair with high sales and consulting competence 

• Excellent German skills as well as very good Italian or French skills
