Good reasons to work for the City of St.Gallen:
Your department
The Children Youth Family department is a specialist office for children and young people between approximately 6 and 26 years old, their caregivers, and other interested adults. It takes on tasks such as counselling, providing information, supporting ideas, and accompanying offers for leisure activities and encounters for children and young people.
The Open Work with Children division supports primary school children in their development and promotes them on the path to independence. With expertise and comprehensive infrastructure, children are offered learning fields to expand their skills in various areas. The children’s clubs provide children from grades 1 to 6 with an attractive place where they can meet and play with other children informally. Children can participate free of charge and without registration in seasonal activities and offers, crafting, cooking, moving, building, experimenting, and more together.
