Tasks
You teach in kindergarten and take on the class teacher responsibility as much as possible and lead the kindergarten. Participation in school and teaching development as well as in the grade and cycle team is possible if needed. Assistance in working groups and at school events as far as time allows.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a seminar primary teaching certificate or a bachelor's degree for preschool or primary level. Initial professional experience as a teacher is an advantage, but career starters are also warmly welcome.
You are a conscientious, communicative, and resilient personality and feel confident in dealing with children and parents. You manage to quickly familiarize yourself with existing organizational structures and appreciate teamwork.
As a positive and optimistic person, you recognize the strengths and good in the child and work resource-oriented rather than deficit-oriented. Patience, creativity, as well as joy in diversity, success, and competence-oriented work characterize you. You are open to new ways and collaboration with other grades and classes in mixed-age learning groups from 1st to 6th grade.

You take on a substitute position in a new and well-structured kindergarten integrated into the school building. Right next door is another kindergarten, which facilitates professional exchange. The team at the Müntschemier location also manages a forest area reachable on foot, which is regularly integrated into the kindergarten routine and opens up diverse learning and experience spaces.
You will be accompanied and supported by a committed, well-organized, and appreciative team. A classroom assistant and a part-time teacher support you in everyday life. In addition, you can count on the active support of our special education teachers and the school management. School social work and the student parliament complement our school day as further supportive bodies.
