Customer Advisory Assistant (m/f) 100% - Glarus Branch

Your tasks:

• Supporting customer advisors in the administrative care of their clients
• Taking over the administrative processing of financing, investment, pension and payment transactions in cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Ensuring efficient and error-free handling of all work processes in sales
• Assisting in both the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
• Independently handling customer enquiries regarding basic services
• Gradual introduction to and/or taking over the management of your own customer portfolio
• Assisting with the sales activities of the advisory team
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by embodying the service mentality of GLKB

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (banking advantageous)
• Knowledge in service business (accounts and savings), knowledge in pension, financing and investment advantageous
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• High personal responsibility and reliability
• Resilient with organisational talent
• Communication skills
• Curious, quick learner with rapid comprehension
• Good MS Office skills
• Enjoyment of teamwork
