The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our clients and advance digitalisation.

Which skills are important to us
- You think in networks, communicate clearly and have a good sense for people.
- Training in social insurance or healthcare or a commercial background with experience in social insurance
- Ability to quickly grasp complex content and prepare it understandably
- Confidence in written expression and enjoyment of structured work
- Empathy combined with decisiveness
- Clear communication – also in challenging conversations
- Driving licence category B
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the other language is desirable.
What we offer you
- Working hours
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
- Holidays
At least 25 days of holiday annually, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
- Salary
Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civilian service

Above-parity contribution to the Bernese pension fund, coverage of half the premium for non-occupational, accident supplementary and daily sickness benefits insurance
