You belong to the project managers who seek ownership and have a feel for the interplay of all disciplines. That is exactly why you fit with us: a team that sticks together, gives you real scope for design and plans traffic infrastructure in such a way that it noticeably improves the mobility of an entire region.
Your tasks
- You lead traffic projects with genuine ownership. From the study to the approval, you control content and processes - clearly, structured and with a sure sense of priorities.
- You actively contribute your know-how to the further development of our planning department - with new impulses, a clear will to shape and a high demand for effective solutions.
- You cooperatively and focusedly shape interdisciplinary expertise such as safety, pedestrian & bicycle traffic as well as traffic management into clear solutions from which coherent overall projects emerge.
- You lead external planning offices purposefully and reliably. You provide orientation, ensure quality and confidently keep deadlines and costs on track.
- In important dialogues, you bring calm, clarity and direction. With municipalities, politics and landowners, you find viable ways through conflicting interests and confidently lead through consultations.
Your profile
- You are a civil engineer (FH/ETH) or equivalent and have experience in planning traffic infrastructure.
- You feel comfortable in complex projects, keep an overview and make well-founded decisions even under pressure.
- You communicate clearly, think in networks and understand how to constructively bring together different perspectives.
- You act confidently and solution-oriented with various stakeholders, even in challenging conversations.
- You bring commitment and joy in shaping and want to drive projects forward that have a visible impact in the Lucerne area.
