We are looking on behalf of our client, an international player in the industrial sector, for a:

QHSE Manager M/F

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, you will ensure the safety of personnel while guaranteeing the operational excellence of the site.

Your tasks will focus on the following areas:

• Strategic management: Optimise and maintain the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 and 45001 standards).

• Compliance assurance: Ensure strict application of Swiss environmental regulations and current QHSE standards.

• Awareness and safety: Promote risk prevention at work and foster a safety culture among production teams. You are also the ESD referent.

• Improvement approach: Manage internal audits, handle non-conformities and oversee the deployment of action plans.

• Management: ability to manage a team, you are a unifier and dynamic, teamwork is a real driving force for you.

• Commercial follow-up & client relations: endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate charisma and ease in negotiation.

Profile sought

• You have a background as an electronic engineer, complemented by a QHSE specialisation.

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in the electronic industrial sector.

• You speak fluent French and English. Mastery of German is a plus.

• Your analytical mind, combined with natural leadership, allows you to easily engage teams on QHSE topics.

• You stand out for your great autonomy and ability to be proactive.

• You are recognised for your organisational skills, rigour and respect for your commitments.
