About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and about 3,100 students. The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in the field of special education and integration.
The Steinmürli school unit is located in the center of Dietikon, within walking distance of Dietikon train station. At this lively QUIMS school, we teach kindergarten and primary classes as well as a small class. An optional day care complements the offer. Steinmürli works according to the educational concept of the new authority by Haim Omer.
As of 01.01.2026, we are looking to complete our school team
Temporary until 31.07.2025, with the chance of permanent employment. The position can be full-time or, if desired, split employment.
Your tasks
Class management
Preparation, execution, and follow-up of lessons
Close cooperation within the grade team o joint development of school unit-specific projects
Active participation in the school team
Your profile
Swiss teaching diploma or EDK-recognized diploma for this school level
Flexibility, willingness to cooperate, and humor
Enjoyment of heterogeneity and a multicultural working environment
Goal-oriented collaboration with subject teachers and therapists
