Team Leader Support Department for Insurance Advisors (m/f/d) General Agency Zug

What Awaits You

In this department, you will take on the leadership of the support team for our insurance advisors. As team leader, you assume a very important role within our general agency. You work with great passion and enthusiasm – in customer contact and in supporting our insurance and pension advisors. Additionally, you are responsible for a team of around 6 employees.

What You Achieve With Us

You care deeply about daily customer contact via telephone, reception, and email. You coordinate and support our insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes. In this service- and sales-oriented collaboration, you take an active role and, together with the team, ensure optimal care and advice for our customers.

You greatly enjoy delighting our customers. With organisational skill, great passion, and a strong awareness of service quality, you independently prepare quotations, process applications, and are part of the administrative hub of the General Agency Zug.

You are a motivated leader and ensure the professional and personnel management of your employees. At the same time, you build up the administrative support for the pension area within support. Thanks to your pronounced analytical thinking ability, you drive processes forward and actively help shape the future of the general agency.

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry

• Communicative and assertive personality with negotiation skills
