Behind Fontisana is Romuald Schaniel, a TEN naturopath with over 35 years of practical experience.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, committed
Administration and Customer Support Employee (80–100%).

Your Tasks
- Professional support and advice to our customers by phone and in writing
- Processing customer inquiries and orders
- Administrative support of the team in various areas
- Maintenance and management of customer data
- Coordination and organisation of internal processes
- Support in planning and implementing projects
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in customer support and administration is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
- Organisational talent, reliability, and an independent working style
- Friendly and service-oriented manner
- Ideally knowledge in the field of dietary supplements and micronutrients
