We are now looking to strengthen our Customer Support Department with a committed HR Software Consultant (m/f/d). In this role, you will support our customers in successfully structuring processes, mapping them in the software and implementing them. From the initial project meeting through user training to go-live – all processes come together with you!

What to expect from us

• As the first point of contact, you accompany our customers from project planning, through implementation to final project acceptance, proactively manage customer expectations and identify potential and key solution areas
• You analyse the current situation and existing processes in the company to identify optimisation potential and implement it in a targeted manner
• Overall project management as well as interface between our customers and internal departments (such as support, sales, etc.)
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for key users
• You maintain a trusting and long-term relationship with our customers, actively collect feedback and develop improvement suggestions together with them to continuously further develop the software

What we expect from you

• A commercial basic education as well as further training with a degree in business administration or similar
• You have extensive experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration as well as knowledge of Swiss social insurance (AHV, IV, EO) and labour law
• You understand personnel processes and have experience with payroll accounting software
• An analytical and strategic mindset, consulting competence as well as strong communication and decision-making skills
• Fluent German skills and good English skills as well as a moderate willingness to travel to our customers complete your profile
