Senior Systems Engineer

Your tasks

• Planning, designing, and implementing IT infrastructure projects based on current Microsoft technologies and security solutions.
• Implementation and operation of customised IT solutions for our customers.
• Analysis, resolution, and sustainable management of incidents (2nd level support).
• Advising our customers on IT architecture and IT security matters.
• Contributing to the standardisation and documentation of IT processes for continuous quality improvement.
• Deputy team leader (experience required)
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer in an IT service environment.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune).
• Independent and structured working style.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
