Your tasks:

In this versatile role, you will work closely with our Category Managers and support them in the care and development of our product ranges. You will ensure that the necessary product information and documents are complete and correct, and act as an important interface with suppliers as well as internal departments.

• Support the Category Managers in daily operational business
• Ensure and prepare the required product data and documents for marketing our products
• Clarifications and correspondence with suppliers
• Recording, maintenance, and control of article and master data
• Checking and clarifying invoices
• Processing internal enquiries
• Supporting the team with organisational and administrative tasks
• Participation in ongoing projects
• Support in the supervision of our apprentices
• Deputise for the Category Managers during absences

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a commercial or administrative role
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and careful working style
• Enjoyment in working with product, article, and master data
• Organisational talent and a good understanding of administrative processes
• Communicative, service-oriented, and team-capable personality
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute improvements
