Responsibilities
- Technical and personnel management of the production department (7 employees)
- Ensuring timely and quality-compliant processing of production orders
- Process responsibility for production and, accordingly, operating and optimising our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
- Participation in production planning and post-calculation
Requirements
- Experienced, motivating leader with a "can-do" mentality
- Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and good comprehension
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Completed training such as printing technologist or print media processor and several years of leadership experience in a similar role
