Main Tasks

• Independent management and prioritisation of complex customer concerns
• Active coordination between customer service, production and logistics
• Responsibility for clear and solution-oriented customer communication, even in escalation situations
• Identifying operational risks and actively initiating measures
• Ensuring a professional flow of information between the departments involved
• Participation in the development and stabilisation of processes at the Pfaffnau site
• Support and professional guidance of new employees
• Taking responsibility in cross-departmental topics and projects

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience

Experience in customer service or in a service-oriented function

• High degree of personal responsibility and pronounced ownership thinking
• Ability to act calmly, structured and solution-oriented even under pressure
• Assertiveness and confident appearance towards internal and external contacts
• Ability to set priorities independently and take responsibility
• High organisational and communicative strength
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively share operational responsibility
• Resilient personality with pragmatic solution orientation
