Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

Monitoring current vulnerability situations and organising patch, mitigation, and remediation activities across various technical units.
Planning and coordinating red team scenarios, penetration assessments, and other tests of protection mechanisms.
Conducting ongoing security operations to secure critical company resources and control defined security measures.
Supporting initiatives to improve cyber hygiene and taking on own initiatives around IT protection and control systems.
Creating security guidelines, methodologies, and evidence, as well as providing professional support during internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Information Technology, or a comparable field of study.
Initial professional experience is sufficient; more important are solid knowledge of technical protection concepts and a strong interest in cyber defence.
Understanding of security standards, regulatory requirements, and established control models, ideally complemented by knowledge of the Swiss financial environment.
High self-organisation, solution orientation, and analytical strength, as well as enjoyment of independent work across several parallel topics.
Strong team and communication skills with very good English; additional national languages are an advantage. A security certification such as CISSP can be acquired additionally.
