How you can contribute
- Legally process legislative acts of all levels and legal questions related to digitalisation aspects
- Build up and convey know-how in the field of digitalisation and law
- Provide legal advice to internal and external administrative actors on legal aspects of digital transformation in the healthcare sector
- Participate internally and in coordination with other federal offices on legal issues within the competence centre "Digitalisation and Law"
What makes you unique
- University degree in law, preferably with in-depth knowledge of healthcare law
- Strong flair for the interface between law and digitalisation, relevant professional experience or specific qualification is an advantage
- Service-oriented advisory competence and precise expression
- Structured and independent working style on innovative topics
- Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language
