Good technology alone does not yet make a productive working day. This is exactly where the work as a Senior Workplace Solution Consultant comes in. You support organisations in effectively using Microsoft 365 (M365) and combine technical depth with genuine understanding of people and processes. Consulting, configuration, and project work go hand in hand. You will have plenty of scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
You advise clients on the optimal use of modern collaboration tools in everyday work.
You thoroughly understand technical contexts and consistently implement best practices.
Furthermore, you independently set up Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot and coordinate expansion steps with development, cloud, and security.
You confidently moderate workshops, alone or together with colleagues.
Additionally, you participate in customer presentations and proposals.
You also drive the service portfolio forward with your own ideas.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in a similar role or alternatively a convincing career path as a career changer.
You have solid know-how around Microsoft 365 and build suitable certificates if needed.
You have supported projects and know how good consulting works.
You switch effortlessly between technical jargon and everyday language, thereby building trust.
Moreover, you think entrepreneurially and quickly grasp organisational structures.
In addition, you communicate in German at a native level; Swiss German is an advantage, and you have an interest in change management methods.
