For our department in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, we are looking for a qualified nurse or social pedagogue for ward Z1 with the treatment focus "acute illnesses" to start immediately or by arrangement.

The acute ward Z1 specialises in caring for children and adolescents in acute psychological crisis situations. We offer immediate psychiatric emergency care with precise diagnostics, targeted treatment, and rapid clarification of the social situation. Our interprofessional team ensures comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic as well as milieu-therapeutic treatment. This includes an individual therapy programme and close communication with the social environment of the young patients. The overarching goal of our work is the psychological stabilisation of those affected and the promotion of individual coping strategies. The ward has 10 patient places available. Your Tasks
Active and present support of children and adolescents – this is what working in child and adolescent psychiatry means to us.
This includes:
- Individual and resource-oriented support of our patients within a milieu-therapeutic treatment setting
- Working with key persons and collaborative interprofessional teamwork
- Needs- and resource-oriented stay and care planning
- Conducting individual and family conversations and leading therapeutic group sessions
- Organising the daily structure and leisure activities (actively leading and accompanying)
- Active contact with the family system
