Payroll Expert (m/f/d) - min. 32h
Are you a passionate payroll expert with a flair for our innovative industrial environment? To strengthen our finance team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and committed individual. Your role covers a wide range of personnel administration with interfaces to the pension fund and financial accounting. We offer you a varied, versatile, and expandable role in a lively and motivated team.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility and execution of the entire payroll process including monthly reconciliations and year-end closing for three companies (approx. 450 payroll recipients)
- Processing social security contributions for all three companies (AHV / UVG / KTG)
- Administrative support and coordination of our own pension fund including advising employees
- Management of absence administration
- Support of HR administration (e.g. time recording system, access system or onboarding/offboarding process)
Your qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with further education as a payroll expert, HR specialist, social insurance specialist or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in independent payroll processing
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss social security system
- Good knowledge in the area of occupational benefits (BVG/pension fund)
- Understanding of financial contexts as well as reconciliation and closing tasks
- Independent and precise working style
- Good communication and advisory skills
- Team player with enthusiasm for cross-departmental collaboration
- High IT affinity and enjoyment of system-related issues, testing as well as optimisation and digitalisation of payroll processes
