Due to the retirement of a long-standing employee, we are looking for a

Clerk in Shipping (m/f/d)

from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

• Approval of ship captains and vessels
• Scheduling of examination dates for captain exams and technical ship inspections
• Collection of watercraft taxes and fees
• Review and issuance of permits for nautical events
• Services at the customer counter and in the back office

• Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience
• Nautical knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in direct customer contact
• Willingness to cope with the seasonally very high workload with holiday and compensation options mainly from October to April
• Resilient and team-oriented personality with high social competence and healthy assertiveness
