Asphalt Foreman

AXEPTA is looking for one of its clients, a major player in the civil engineering sector, for a:

Prepare, organise and coordinate asphalt worksites.
Supervise and manage the teams on site.
Plan the different phases of intervention and ensure deadlines are met.
Enforce plans, execution methods and site instructions.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations.
Ensure proper use, maintenance and availability of machines and equipment.
Control the quality of completed work and ensure it meets project requirements.
Coordinate various interventions and anticipate site needs.
Monitor the progress of the work.
Prepare daily reports and communicate necessary information to management.
Act as the main point of contact between site teams, project management and various stakeholders.
Identify potential technical or organisational issues and propose appropriate solutions.

You have solid experience in managing and organising worksites.
You possess good knowledge of asphalt machines and their operation.
You master the different types of asphalt products and their application methods.
Machine operator licences M5 to M7 are an advantage.
Professional experience in Switzerland in civil engineering or roadworks is highly valued.
You have a natural leadership and know how to unite and motivate your teams.
You are autonomous, organised, flexible and dynamic.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and can make quick decisions on site.
You have excellent spoken and written French.
You hold a driving licence.
