HR Specialist

Tasks

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for employees and management up to the level of divisional and departmental management.
• You manage time and absence management including handling accident and illness cases and take charge of cases involving long-term absences.
• You are responsible on the HR side for the processes related to education management and work references.
• You maintain organisational management and are responsible for various reports, evaluations and lists.
• You are the contact person and advise employees and management on the topics and processes you are responsible for.

Profile

• Commercial training with additional HR qualification (e.g. HR specialist with a federal diploma)
• Proven expertise and practical experience in HR, preferably knowledge of HR in a public administration
• Proven IT user skills (MS Office 365 and preferably SAP)
• Integrity, trustworthy personality with high social and advisory competence, good communication skills and team spirit
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
