To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Field Sales Consultant who passionately supports and advises our customers.

Your Tasks

• Care, advice and support of our existing customers in the field
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of our customer base
• Presentation and sale of our high-quality construction products
• Development of individual solutions for our customers
• Identifying customer needs and presenting technically innovative and economical solutions
• Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
• Participation in trade fairs and events to maintain customer relationships

Your Profile

• Completed training in construction or a comparable qualification (sales newcomers are welcome)
• Experience in field sales, ideally in the construction or related industry
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Enthusiastic and assertive sales professional
• Confident in negotiations
• Independent and structured working style
• Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
