About the job
The team of the Admission and Credit Transfer Office consists of ten employees and is responsible from the first contact to the start of studies. In the admission area, we inform interested parties and independently review applications at all study levels both formally and content-wise. In the credit transfer area, we check the formal and content-related creditability of exchange achievements and inform students about the processes and framework conditions.
Your tasks
- Formal and content-related review of national and international prior education certificates for admission at all study levels
- Independent evaluation of application dossiers based on specified criteria
- Formal and content-related clarification of credit transfer possibilities for external achievements
- In addition to independent correspondence with prospective students, applicants, and students, also representation at information events
- Participation in projects within the area of responsibility (admission and credit transfers)
Your profile
- University degree, preferably in a field of study offered at the University of St.Gallen.
- Very good language skills in German and English (CEFR C1).
- Analytical, efficient, and independent working style.
- Team orientation and assertiveness.
- Knowledge of the national and international education system is an advantage.
