Are you a service advisor who knows that good customer service is much more than just coordinating appointments?

Do you understand the concerns of our customers, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and ensure that a workshop visit becomes a positive experience? Then it could be exciting for you with us. To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

Service Advisor 80 - 100%

Your tasks:

• Personal care and advice 
• Receipt of vehicles and creation of service and repair orders
• Planning and coordination of workshop appointments
• Preparation of cost estimates and transparent communication of the work to be done
• Ongoing coordination between customers, workshop and sales
• Handling of warranty and goodwill cases as well as invoicing
• Vehicle handovers and explanation of the work carried out

What you bring with you:

• Commercial or technical training in the automotive industry
• Enjoyment of daily contact with people and a strong service mentality
• Organisational talent as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Digital openness
• Confident German and good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Valid category B driving licence
• Enthusiasm for mobility and the desire to advise empathetically and competently
