Department Head Ventilation / Air Conditioning / Refrigeration (m/f/d) 100 %

Responsibilities:

• Technical, personnel and economic management of the Ventilation / Air Conditioning / Refrigeration department.
• Leading, promoting and motivating a committed team as well as creating a positive and appreciative working environment.
• Planning, coordinating and successfully implementing demanding projects from order placement to handover.
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs and the economic success of your department.
• Personal care and advice for existing customers as well as expanding long-term partnerships.
• Active participation in the further development of the Herzogenbuchsee location and optimisation of internal processes.
• Close cooperation with other specialist departments within the Hälg Group.
• Role model function in everyday leadership as well as promoting an open, solution-oriented and team-oriented corporate culture.

Profile:

• Technical basic training in building technology with further training as a Dipl. Technician HF HVAC, FH Engineer or a comparable qualification.
• Solid professional experience in ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration and the motivation to take the next career step.
• You have initial leadership experience, for example as a project manager, team leader, deputy department head or in a comparable role, or the motivation to specifically develop into a leadership position.
• Enjoyment in supporting, promoting people and achieving success together.
• High social competence, empathy and communication skills in dealing with employees, customers and business partners.
• Hands-on mentality, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Good IT affinity and enjoyment in using modern digital tools and processes.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
