For our client in Uster ZH we are looking for motivated individuals as Employee in Telephone Marketing. You can expect a varied role in a modern and collegial environment.

Your Tasks

• Telephone contact with existing and potential customers
• Professional advice and support over the phone
• Presentation of products and services
• Recognising customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Achieving agreed qualitative and quantitative targets
• Active contribution to a positive customer experience

Your Profile

• Very good German skills, ideally Swiss German
• Enjoyment of telephoning and daily customer contact
• Communicative and persuasive personality
• Confident and friendly demeanour
• Sales- and customer-oriented mindset
• Motivated, reliable and independent working style
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Experience in telephone marketing, sales or customer service is an advantage

Working Hours

• Mandatory 2 evenings 16:30 - 20:00 and 1 Saturday 09:00 - 13:00
