We are creating a new role that supports our executive management in daily operations while effectively linking marketing, communication, events, and administrative tasks.
Your role: Executive Assistant & Marketing/Communication 60-80%
Start: immediately or by arrangement
You keep the threads together, carefully prepare processes, documents, and information, and ensure that organisational and administrative tasks are reliably and punctually completed. In doing so, you make an important contribution to ensuring that everything is well prepared and runs smoothly in everyday life.
Your tasks - here you help shape
- Administrative and organisational support of executive management
- Organisation, preparation, and follow-up of meetings
- Minute-taking including tracking of decisions and agreed measures
- Preparation of decision-making bases, overviews, and presentations
- Administrative and organisational marketing & communication activities (appointments, documents, events)
- Maintenance, updating, and preparation of central marketing and communication documents according to specifications
What you bring with you
- Experience in an assistant, service, or coordination role in a professional environment
- Understanding of marketing and communication processes as well as routine in working with presentations and standard documents
- Further training in management, assistance, or marketing (e.g. executive or marketing assistant or similar) is an advantage
- Confident use of digital tools (including Office applications) and fluent German in spoken and written form
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and professional handling of sensitive information
- Organisational flair and ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate several topics in parallel
- Service-oriented, reliable working style with a good sense of processes and responsibilities
- Enjoyment of a supportive role in a meaningful, social environment
