TEAM LEADER INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEPUTY BRANCH MANAGER 80-100% - BRUNNEN

YOUR TASKS:

• Management and development of the Infrastructure department in collaboration with branch management
• Deputising for the branch management
• Personnel responsibility for a well-coordinated team of around 8 people (engineers, designers, and apprentices)
• Responsibility for acquisition and overall success of your department
• Acting as project manager for diverse and demanding new build and refurbishment projects in the areas of road, rail, and utility construction
• Taking over project leadership from design to commissioning
• Project management to ensure and achieve cost, quality, and deadline targets

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies in civil engineering (ETH/FH/TU)
• Solid expertise in road and rail construction
• Several years of experience in the field across all design and realisation phases
• Experience in leadership positions is an advantage
• Network in the market, valued personality among clients and partners
• Motivated to take on new challenges and responsible tasks
• Professional appearance, solution-oriented thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Enjoyment in leading a committed team
• Very good written and spoken German skills as well as basic English skills
