Tasks
- Independent management and execution of construction projects in structural engineering, hydraulic engineering and civil engineering
- Coordination of construction processes, subcontractors and internal specialist departments
- Execution of billing, cost control and claims management
- Preparation of measurements and quantity determinations
- Technical review and evaluation of tender documents
Profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training (construction technician, master craftsman)
- Professional experience as a construction manager in structural engineering, hydraulic engineering or civil engineering
- Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and technical provisions
- Independent and structured way of working, teamwork and flexibility
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally industry-specific software
- Fluent German language skills
