About the job
Spiez offers more than just a picturesque backdrop. We provide space for development. Our child and youth work (KJAS) is up-to-date, dynamic, and close to the people. To complement our dedicated team, we are looking for a personality who, with passion and expertise, helps shape the future of Spiez's children and youth.
Your tasks:
- Be present: You actively shape the meeting places and mobile child and youth work and are present where the children and young people move.
- Launch projects: From the first idea to implementation, you accompany exciting and participatory projects that make an impact.
- Give a voice: You take responsibility in designing the public appearance and make the topics and concerns of children and young people visible.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences / higher technical school for social work, preferably in sociocultural animation.
- Solid theoretical and practical experience in open child and youth work.
- Good knowledge and experience in project, prevention, and public relations work.
- Interest and affinity for new media and marketing.
- Driver's license category B
