Role:
In this role, you will help shape infrastructure projects that effectively combine technical requirements and societal interests. You will be responsible for demanding tasks within the project environment and contribute your expertise specifically in interdisciplinary contexts. The position requires initiative, analytical thinking, and a high level of responsibility. You will benefit from individual development paths that specifically build on your strengths. Responsibilities:
- In this role, you coordinate the implementation of demanding civil engineering and railway construction projects with a focus on district heating.
- You take responsibility for quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines on site.
- As site manager, you ensure smooth execution during the realisation phase of complex infrastructure projects.
- You work closely with project partners, authorities, and internal specialist departments.
- In this function, you develop future-oriented solutions in the field of civil engineering.
- You ensure that all project-related requirements are implemented efficiently and in compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a certified technician HF in construction planning / structural engineering or a degree in civil engineering FH / ETH.
- You bring solid practical experience in site management and know the processes inside out.
- You communicate confidently and clearly in German, both orally and in writing.
- You are characterised by personal responsibility, commitment, and goal orientation.
- You work in a structured manner, think solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even in intense phases.
- You bring a team-oriented, motivated, and reliable personality who enjoys achieving success together.
