WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- Thanks to your experience in the Abacus HR, Payroll, and Time modules, you understand the needs of the customers
- You analyze customer requirements and implement the developed concepts with our customers in the business ERP software
- You are responsible for the introduction and support of the Payroll/HR application as well as for the timely and economical implementation of projects
- In addition to configuring the software at the customer, you conduct training and professionally support your customers even after project completion
- You continuously acquire new customers, give presentations, and participate in customer events and exhibitions
- You further develop the products in our specialist groups together with your colleagues
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have a completed commercial/business education and several years of professional experience in ERP consulting
- We require Abacus and Payroll/HR/Time know-how – ideally, you already have good knowledge
- Besides your strong customer orientation, you think entrepreneurially and are willing to travel
- You enjoy working conceptually in a team, are solution-oriented, and remain confident even under high time pressure
- Your native language is German; English and French skills are an advantage
