Your Tasks

Independent personnel and payroll administration for the assigned area including year-end settlements with social insurances

Competent contact person for internal and external parties regarding questions about personnel and salary administration

Reconcile HR-relevant financial accounts in close cooperation with finance and controlling as well as prepare evaluations, statistics and relevant key figures

Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements, regulations and legal provisions

Participate in HR projects and take responsibility for sub-projects

Your Profile

Commercial basic training and ideally further training as a HR specialist or social insurance specialist

At least three years of professional experience in HR administration or a comparable function, preferably in an industrial environment

Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage

Proficient in SAP and MS Office

Affinity for numbers, accuracy and analytical thinking
