- You independently handle the administrative processing of various HR processes (entries, exits, transfers, work certificates, attestations, etc.)
- You maintain data in SAP, as well as in other HR tools
- You manage personnel files
- You support and advise managers and employees on personnel matters
- You record on-call duty and performance bonuses in SAP
- You record entries in SAP
- You process changes in workload and holiday recalculations
- You assist with the accounting of family allowances and EO
- You support various control tasks before the payroll run
This is what you bring with you
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship; further training as a personnel assistant is desirable
- You have experience in the field of Human Resources, ideally in a comparable role
- You are proficient in MS Office and SAP and find it easy to learn and apply new IT tools
- You have an efficient working style, excellent organisational skills, and a strong service orientation
- German as a native language
