Legal Counsel (m/f) 80 – 100 %

Your tasks:

• Assessment of a wide range of legal questions from the bank's daily business
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Monitoring and assessing legal and regulatory changes, including implementation in internal regulations
• Legal advice regarding the introduction or adjustment of the bank's products, services and systems as well as participation in projects
• Handling official enquiries and other requests for information
• Managing legal cases, including coordination of external lawyers

Your profile:

• Completed law degree in Switzerland as well as bar admission or additional qualification
• Professional experience as an in-house counsel (preferably in the banking sector) or as a lawyer in a law firm
• Confident oral and written expression in German
• Knowledge of other Swiss national languages and English skills are an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with good analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, reliable and structured working style as well as strong social skills and service orientation
