Your area of responsibility:

As Sous-Chef you are jointly responsible for the administrative as well as operational activities in the kitchen and get the chance to contribute your experience and creativity while expanding your skills and abilities.

• Preparation of à la carte and banquet dishes
• Representation of the head chef during their absence
• Inventory control and timely notification of shortages, passing on required orders to the head chef
• Support at other workstations in the kitchen as needed
• Banquet experience desirable

• Professional experience in a similar position
